Sign Language Coordinator/Deputy Sign Language Coordinator
手語翻譯統籌主任 / 手語翻譯統籌副主任
工作要求:
- 大學或以上畢業
- 至少5年國際/香港手語翻譯經驗
- 過去兩年內合共提供不少於200小時的手語翻譯服務
- 過去三年內有國際手語翻譯工作經驗
- 有指導傳譯經驗
- 有聾健譯者合作經驗
- 熟悉香港與國際聾人文化
- 擁有手語/聾人相關文憑優先考慮
- 擁有籌備活動經驗優先考慮
- 持有由受僱機構簽發的證明文件優先考慮
工作内容:
- 組織聾健譯者合作
- 調派傳譯者工作崗位,確保所有譯者能有效提供香港/國際手語翻譯服務
- 統籌第九屆亞太聾人/聽障運動會20個地點手語翻譯工作
- 負責重點手語翻譯工作
- 擬定翻譯團體工作時間,並確保翻譯團隊在工作時間內有足夠休息時間
- 與義工籌備團隊溝通,確保手語義工人數足夠
- 負責譯者與大會之間的溝通,向大會報告手語翻譯情況以及人數安排
- 擬定國際/香港手語翻譯計劃書給予賽事籌委會
- 賽事期間於總部辦公室提供手語翻譯後援服務
服務期:2019年10月27 日 至2019年11月12日

Event Coordinator – Part time
Qualifications and work experience:
- Degree/Diploma holder
- Interested in Sports Management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical, assertive and energetic with a business mind
- A pleasant, responsible and helpful team player
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to work irregular hours and on public holidays is an advantage
- Knowledge of sign-language is an added value
Job description:
- Report directly to Project Director/Manager;
- Assist Project Director/Manager on planning, execution, and post-evaluation of events;
- Assist Project Director/Manager on budgeting and financial management;
- Liaise with supporting organisations, suppliers, and sponsors;
- Assist Project Director/Manager on on-site management and post-event evaluation;
- Facilitate and manage all events involved and delivering to ensure end-to-end cover;
- Lead regular team meetings to ensure project is on track;
- Create and present detailed project updates to Sponsoring Organisations and Organising Committee
- Provide secretarial support for the project
- Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of the Sponsorship and government guidelines
- Some outdoor work maybe required
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Organising Committee
Deputy Project Manager

Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full set account and daily accounting transactions
- Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting
- Prepare vouchers, data entries and cheque issue
- Assist in admin work and some ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE or above with LCCI Level 2 or above
- Diploma in Accounting is preferable
- 2-3 year accounting experience is preferable
- Good command or both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Employment period from April 2019 to January, 2020
Project Manager/Director
Main Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities included but not limited to –
- Manage the implementation of events from planning, budgeting, communication, liaison with business partners and on-site management to post event evaluation;
- Facilitate and manage all divisions involved in delivering the event to ensure end-to-end cover;
- Lead regular team meetings to ensure project is on track;
- Create and present detailed project updates to Steering Committee and Organizing Committee;
- Negotiate and manage of service contracts, such as accommodation, transportation, equipment, IT support & etc;
- Work with PR for promotion/communication issues
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Degree holder with Sports Management, Exercise Science, Health / Physical Education, Leisure and Recreation Studies, Business Management or relevant disciplines
- Interested in Sports Management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical, assertive and energetic with business mind
- A pleasant, responsible and helpful team player
- Proficient in English and Chinese writing
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to work in irregular work hours and public holidays is an advantage
- Knowledge of sign-language is an added value
