Sign Language Coordinator/Deputy Sign Language Coordinator
手語翻譯統籌主任 / 手語翻譯統籌副主任

工作要求:

  1. 大學或以上畢業
  2. 至少5年國際/香港手語翻譯經驗
  3. 過去兩年內合共提供不少於200小時的手語翻譯服務
  4. 過去三年內有國際手語翻譯工作經驗
  5. 有指導傳譯經驗
  6. 有聾健譯者合作經驗
  7. 熟悉香港與國際聾人文化
  8. 擁有手語/聾人相關文憑優先考慮
  9. 擁有籌備活動經驗優先考慮
  10. 持有由受僱機構簽發的證明文件優先考慮

工作内容:

  1. 組織聾健譯者合作
  2. 調派傳譯者工作崗位,確保所有譯者能有效提供香港/國際手語翻譯服務
  3. 統籌第九屆亞太聾人/聽障運動會20個地點手語翻譯工作
  4. 負責重點手語翻譯工作
  5. 擬定翻譯團體工作時間,並確保翻譯團隊在工作時間內有足夠休息時間
  6. 與義工籌備團隊溝通,確保手語義工人數足夠
  7. 負責譯者與大會之間的溝通,向大會報告手語翻譯情況以及人數安排
  8. 擬定國際/香港手語翻譯計劃書給予賽事籌委會
  9. 賽事期間於總部辦公室提供手語翻譯後援服務

服務期:2019年10月27 日 至2019年11月12日

Event Coordinator – Part time

Qualifications and work experience:

  1. Degree/Diploma holder
  2. Interested in Sports Management
  3. Good interpersonal skills
  4. Analytical, assertive and energetic with a business mind
  5. A pleasant, responsible and helpful team player
  6. Proficient in written English and Chinese
  7. Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
  8. Willing to work irregular hours and on public holidays is an advantage
  9. Knowledge of sign-language is an added value

Job description:

  1. Report directly to Project Director/Manager;
  2. Assist Project Director/Manager on planning, execution, and post-evaluation of events;
  3. Assist Project Director/Manager on budgeting and financial management;
  4. Liaise with supporting organisations, suppliers, and sponsors;
  5. Assist Project Director/Manager on on-site management and post-event evaluation;
  6. Facilitate and manage all events involved and delivering to ensure end-to-end cover;
  7. Lead regular team meetings to ensure project is on track;
  8. Create and present detailed project updates to Sponsoring Organisations and Organising Committee
  9. Provide secretarial support for the project
  10. Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of the Sponsorship and government guidelines
  11. Some outdoor work maybe required
  12. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Organising Committee


Deputy Project Manager

Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in full set account and daily accounting transactions
  2. Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions
  3. Assist in month-end closing and reporting
  4. Prepare vouchers, data entries and cheque issue
  5. Assist in admin work and some ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  1. HKCEE / DSE or above with LCCI Level 2 or above
  2. Diploma in Accounting is preferable
  3. 2-3 year accounting experience is preferable
  4. Good command or both written and spoken English and Chinese
  5. Immediate available is highly preferred
  6. Employment period from April 2019 to January, 2020


Project Manager/Director

Main Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities included but not limited to –

  1. Manage the implementation of events from planning, budgeting, communication, liaison with business partners and on-site management to post event evaluation;
  2. Facilitate and manage all divisions involved in delivering the event to ensure end-to-end cover;
  3. Lead regular team meetings to ensure project is on track;
  4. Create and present detailed project updates to Steering Committee and Organizing Committee;
  5. Negotiate and manage of service contracts, such as accommodation, transportation, equipment, IT support & etc;
  6. Work with PR for promotion/communication issues
  7. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder with Sports Management, Exercise Science, Health / Physical Education, Leisure and Recreation Studies, Business Management or relevant disciplines
  2. Interested in Sports Management
  3. Good interpersonal skills
  4. Analytical, assertive and energetic with business mind
  5. A pleasant, responsible and helpful team player
  6. Proficient in English and Chinese writing
  7. Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
  8. Willing to work in irregular work hours and public holidays is an advantage
  9. Knowledge of sign-language is an added value
